Pan-roasted green tea is an absolute rarity in Japan and is traditionally only produced on the island of Kyushu. This Kamairicha, grown in the Gokase region, offers an inspiring lively cup with noble roasted aromas.

Preparation
12 g tea leaves (approx. 5 heaped tea measure) in 1 liter of filtered or soft water at 80 °C (after boiling allow to cool for approx. 10 minutes); Allow to steep for 1.5 minutes.
