The bees collect the finest honeydew and nectar from the majestic silver firs and other trees and plants in the beautiful mountainous landscape of the Black Forest. From this they prepare a finely tart, aromatic and highly valued honey specialty with a liquid consistency. The aroma is elegant and has a distinctive spicy, delicate note.
