Black teas from Yunnan are a relatively modern phenomenon being firstly blended "in the cradle of tea" about a century ago. This specialty called Dian Hong with its golden appearance, is almost exclusively made from leaf buds. Malt, honey, caramel and a full-bodied cup leaves nothing to be desired.
